Statistics
Often the section students find most approachable, because much of it is reading and interpreting rather than calculating. The Higher additions — cumulative frequency, box plots and especially histograms with unequal class widths — are a step up and are frequently examined.
Probability and Statistics share this weighting between them. Weightings are approximate and vary slightly by board. They describe the whole tier rather than any single paper.
